Enjoying the Last Days of Summer : September 5, 2006

Lamb Roast at casa de ooo000ooo - Sept 3rd.

Like every good homeowner, it's our duty to throw a big'ole party now that the new house is pretty much in order. So we called up a few friends, ordered a 45 pound lamb, bought a ton of beer and lit the bbq.

Peter (the lamb master), and I prepare "Lambo". After seasoning to perfection we shoved the 5 foot metal spike right up Lambo's tail end. FUN!


Six Hours Later and Lambo is almost ready. Big Ups to Peter for sharing his Lamb Roast expertise. Just look at that crispy skin... by far my favorite part.

I am so fucking bummed i didn't get to partake of the dead animal. that thing smelled so good. Thanks much for the hospitality above and beyond the call of duty. You totally don't suck.
